hey guys i will be building a gaming cpu.....
need advice on that
budget is 50K
processor--- INTEL CORE I5 SKYLAKE 6400
GPU---- MSI GTX 960 TI 2GB GDDR5 OC
RAM---8GB DDR4 2133MHZ
MOTHERBOARD----GIGABYTE GA-H110-S2 DDR4
PSU---CORSAIR VS550 550 WATT PSU
HAVE TO BUY A CABINET FOR NO MORE THAN 2500
AND A GOOD HDD
THANKS GUYS
SUGGEST ME IF YOU HAVE BETTER IDEAS
Why Core i5 6400? Why not Core i3 6100 and upgrade later? You not only end up saving money for other components, but may potentially get the best value for your money and future proof yourself for next 3 years. You may upgrade later to next gen CPU (7th gen intel has started shipping, why waste more money on the 6th gen?).

http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-6400-vs-Intel-Core-i3-6100 (core i3 6100 is the winner)

Money you saved on CPU, around 4000 INR may be invested into one of the following components
  • A gaming motherboard (really worth it, go for Z170 chipset motherboard with at least 64 GB DDR4 RAM support there are budget options in range 10000-13000). This will allow plenty of headroom for future upgrade.
  • Better Graphics Card
  • Gaming Monitor and Keyboard
  • 1 KVA power backup
  • Gaming cabinet with plenty of room for future expansion (e.g. Cooler Master Force 500 Black). Good cabinet will keep your components cooler and extend their life.

Are you making your purchase through Amazon?

BUT games nowadays are becoming more cpu intensive and a quad core(true quad core) is a minimum

That is heavily dependent on game.
Actions games, racing games, etc. tend to be more GPU intensive.
Strategy games require both a decent CPU and GPU.
Turn based games are more CPU intensive.

Actually yes, you save about 1K to 5K but this is highly product specific.
Eg : Western Digital My Cloud 4 T.B. cost about 15K in Amazon India but it cost me 12K from Amazon.com. Similarly I saved 3.5K on Asus RT-AC87U.

However this is very product specific and I advice you to move ahead in caution as in some cases you may end up spending more.

You need either credit or debit card and the best part is you can pay in Indian Rupees. I generally use my debit card.

Yes the charge more.
Total cost incurred is Product Prize + Shipping + Customs but this total cost is still 1K to 5K less than one offered in India.
While checking out Amazon calculates the total payable bill amount. You won't have to pay anymore.
