SIPRI says India ordered both Barak-1 and EL/M-2221 STGR for Kolkata class.
Why do u think P-15A class won't have any Barak-1 aboard for CIWS purposes?
Similar to the CIWS aboard(AK-630+Barak-1) P-15 and P-17 class.

The SIPRI database has not been updated for the latest Barak-1 deal and is showing all the old deals only. I am not sure if the LRSAM VLS is compatible with older Barak-1 missile.

I read that there will b 2 x 24 cell barak 8 and 4x8 cell barak 1(as with all other current CIWS on our ships along with AK 630.

So probably 2 different systems just as how it goes with barak 1 n shtil, 2 different setups..

The LR-SAM, designated Barak 8 by IAI, when inducted, will be housed in four vertical launch units (VLUs), each housing eight missiles, on each of the three Project-15A destroyers, seven Project-17A stealth frigates and aircraft carrier Vikrant, i.e, each of India's next-generation warships will carry at least 32 LR-SAMs.

It should be 8x8 instead of 4x16. Each of those blocks in the front has 4 cells. There are two such blocks, each cell carries 8 missiles.

The 32 LR-SAM figure is for Vikrant, Vikramaditya and P-17A. On P-15A there are double as many.

look at this pic,

2 blocks of 4x4 barak-8 VLS situated right after BrahMos VLS. Considering similar no. on the aft 16+16=32.
Also no. of BrahMos looks like only 8, though hard to tell.
