Weapon furniture is mostly zenitco, optics are american (eotech and aimpoint).
The operator in first pic is using a S&S plateframe platecarrier.
Gun belt and pistol holster both seem to be from US.
The combat dress is a crye g3 although it can be either the original one or a bootleg one.

Iranians make everything in-house. They have been very paranoid about other countries sanctioning them after the 1979 sanctions that crippled their entire economy. The mullahs did one thing seriously and that was to develop Iran's domestic military capabilities.

While it is possible that they acquired the original samples from black markets in the West, they reverse-engineered everything for their domestic use, including the AK variants that you see here (Called the KL series). The AKs are licensed with the Russians.

The larger picture answer is Qatar

IMO Iranian Manufacturing capability is very suspect in QC and deep R&D. You cannot build a MIC if you have killed your universities.
