Early Breakfast - Pancakes
Brunch - Chilly Chicken
Lunch - Bhaigan ka Bhartha (eggplant mash), parwal ki sabzi (snake gourd)
Snack - Chicken salad
Phut jayega sardar!!

LOL I did not know people are so diet conscious...

BF - 3 Puris. 2 chapatis and 1 vada
Lunch- horsegram , rice with papad
Snacks - just had one plate mushroom manchurian and 1 plate masal poori

U get all that in the US :confused: ?

Morning - Tea and Biscuit.

Brunch - Chole Bhature. (Was busy so no Breakfast)
Lunch (4 P:M) - Rice, Curry, Aloo ki sabzi, Paneer butter masala.

Right now, Having Tea with No biscuit.

Dinner - Something related to Mutton as i bought few minutes back! :p

Mostly I eat Chicken only but mutton looks more tasty. Once in a fortnight is ok even in June. I do turn on the air conditioner while eating and after dinner. :rofl:

But seriously mutton quality suspect in summers, unless you are buying it fresh and making it pronto

Yes i buy fresh only. I can't resist myself if i don't eat mutton at least once in a fortnight. But i do agree with you, One should eat very less or in fact no mutton in June specially in Delhi.

I am very healthy, i can swim 40laps or run 5kms in 45 minutes. I may have a little flab but i dont booze or smoke. I occasionally eat raw chapati dough which is UV treated. Does not cause any problems to me. I feel great, last time i feel sick was in 2008 or something,
I dont know much about your health but running 5 k in 45 min not considered as something very good ;)
