Couldn't agree more. No need for 10-15 grand buildings at every TOD.

Even if we get 5-6 good ones connected to the station over time, it'll improve quality of life a lot.

Ya'll Nibbiars what @FalconSlayers Nibba is referring to is known as the Multi Model TODs. These have multiple transport intergation like the metro, Intercity, bus, taxi, etc Like the DLF cybercity, Bandar Malaysia, Saitama Central District, Hudson Yarda etc. But these are rare and only one in a large city. The Navi Mumbai model is totally different it's a distributed TODs along the every major Node. The Swargate in Pune is alos going to have similar type of TODs it will be a large Multi Model with similar size of the DLF Cyber City.

Also, TOD isn't just about increasing FSI. They should also be planning good pedestrian spaces for people to move around from the station to the buildings etc
