Spot reduction doesn't work. Do cardio, when you whole weight will drop, so will the fat off your thighs. If you are overweight, running and swimming will pack a lot of muscle into your thighs, glutes, hamstrings and calves. You'd still have to put away your skinny jeans when you gain some manly leg muscles. Also, quit smoking, eat healthy protein rich diet.guys...
