*Attempt one handed push ups.*
Form - laughable
Balance - worse than a pregnant hippo on a tightrope
*Fail to hit double digits with attempts from both hands combined.*
*Swallow sadness*
*looks at spare tire on belly*
*take a bheeshma pratigya to loose weight*
*go on a 4k run*
*look at the stopwatch*
*swallow more sadness*

one handed push ups upto 6 Numbers
Analyzing your fist ( if the hand in the photograph is yours) you are slightly overweight ( wt ; 70-75kgs , Ht 5' 8'' or about)

I could be totally of the mark as the parameters available are scanty!

Yes The Hands are Mine ..!!

you are correct about my Height ..More than Accurate Height Of myself ..But my weight is around 60-65Kgs Only

I started rock climbing a year ago. It seems the best sport to keep yourself in good shape and extremely exciting.

Add running or swimming once/twice a week and you are done.

This Kind of Climbing ..




In our Village there is no kind of Hills or Rock to climb Like This ...Instead of this we Climb in Palm Tree ..and Rope Climbing only

Although I love to be Climb Like the above one


Add running or swimming once/twice a week and you are done.

That's Very good Option to keep your Body well fitted ..till now My Hip Size was 30
