President-S is a part of Vitebsk defence suit. It consists of bispectral (IR+UV) MAWS, HEL turrets for missiles IR seekers suppression, CHAFF/Flare dispencers and control blocks that can be built-in or used as a disposable self-defence container.
Su-35S does not contain it as it has more powerful L-265 Khibiny-M defence suit with built-in 101KS optical defence system (the same as on PAK FA G5 fighter).
