reconciliation Center refuted reports of downed in Syria Russian helicopter.

Center for Reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria has denied allegations of slain militants in the province of Latakia helicopter Russian Military Space Forces.

"Messages terrorists controlled information resources about the alleged shooting down Russian helicopters are not true", - said the representative of the Center reporters.
According to him, all aircraft VKS Russia in Syria are at the base airfield or perform tasks for the intended purpose.

On Monday, Syrian Natskoalitsiya opposition and the revolutionary forces (NKORS) published in the microblog Twitter message that the group "Ahrar al-Sham" allegedly destroyed in Latakia helicopter, while not indicating his membership. The Kurdish YPG and the FSA fight side by side

Now do you see why we have an issue with the separtist Kurds? With their demands for autonomy, with their desires for balkanization, with their efforts for having their own federation on SYRIAN soil

Perfect Timing: Islamic State Vows to Destroy Iran For ‘Protecting’ Jews
In a new video, Islamic State cites Tehran's "tolerance" for Jews as the reason for all-out war on Iran. What?

We don't even know what to type.

In a Farsi-language video released on Monday, the Islamic State vowed to destroy Iran because ... it "tolerates" Jews.

Take out a map. Find Syria. Find Iraq. Find the areas in both countries that are controlled by Islamic State. Now find the nearby country known throughout the world as a Jewish homeland. If you think this country is Iran, then you are probably the guy who wrote the script for this hilarious Islamic State propaganda video.

Russia opens air bridge to Syrian city besieged by ISIS
The Russian and Syrian air forces have opened an air bridge to facilitate humanitarian aid deliveries to Syria’s besieged city of Deir Ezzor.

According to Syrian human rights activists, the tightening grip by self-proclaimed Islamic State terrorists on the city of Deir Ezzor has led to a catastrophic shortage in food and medicine.

Earlier this year, scores of civilians and soldiers were killed in the fresh assault by the terrorist organisation, while hundreds of residents were kidnapped as militants took over villages on the city’s outskirts.

The garrison of Syrian troops and local tribesmen have so far prevented the city’s fall, with the aid of Russian air strikes, but delivery of humanitarian aid has been difficult due to ongoing clashes in the vicinity of the airport.

According to local media, all available transport helicopters and planes, including the Il-76 Russian military transport aircraft, have been made available to connect the beleaguered city to the rest of the country.

According to reports from the Russian Center for Reconciliation based in Syria, almost every day, Russian transport planes deliver to the Deir Ezzor around 20 tons of humanitarian cargo, including aid delivered to the country by the United Nations.

Due to the proximity of the battle’s frontline to the city’s airport, and due to the ongoing fighting in other regions, road transport deemed too dangerous – and a shortage of available transport helicopters has led to a reliance on the Russian transport planes.

According to Russian media outlets, a large number of landing platforms were recently delivered to the Russian airbase in Lattakia from Egypt, having been used in joint exercises by Russian and Egyptian paratroopers. The landing platforms parachute loads of up to 9500kg from a height of between 500m to 1500m.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in 2016 with the help of airborne platforms, about 2500 tons of humanitarian aid was delivered to Deir Ezzor. Representatives of the Red Cross also reported in early March that the volume of cargo transferred had already reached 3,500 tons. Now the intensity of humanitarian flights has increased even more, as more ISIS militants are being driven out of Iraq by the ongoing government assaults.

According to human rights activists, fighting in the outskirts of the city has increased due to US-backed Kurdish militants, as well as coalition airstrikes which have allegedly wiped out aid trucks attempting to reach the city of around 200,000 inhabitants.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, around 800 Islamic State militants crossed the border from Iraq into Syria, fleeing the ongoing fight in the city of Mosul.

Saudi Arabia refuses to include Syrian flag in Arab League summit

Saudi Arabia is said to have rejected the inclusion of the Syrian flag at the Arab League summit due to begin in Jordan tomorrow.

Syrian sources pointed out that Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan and Algeria have called for the return of the Syrian regime to the Arab League, but their attempts were rejected by the Gulf countries, led by Saudi Arabia.

Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari today called for the return of Syria to the Arab League, and to review the decision to suspend the Syrian delegation’s participation in the meetings.

All the peoples of the Arab countries, including the people of Syria, must be represented in all their history and heroism in the Arab League, regardless of existing differences.

Syria’s membership was suspended in 2011 when Arab ambassadors were withdrawn from Damascus.

Lebanon’s President Michel Aoun and Somali President, Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, will attend the meeting for the first time.
