This IL76LL was pictured with the Y-20B prototype (WS-20 engined)!
The IL76LL was previously being used for WS-20 testing:
That looks over now so it is testing a new engine.
Looks slimmer than DK-30 so probably not a WS-18 variant.
So it is probably WS-13 variant or WS-19 medium engine. Or maybe WS-15 heavy engine!
