I just said somewhere in another thread that Indians are not willing to go the distance necessary to get results. That's the problem. In any other country, the opposition and the ruling government would unite and take this out. They might bicker on jobs, vote banks, etc, but not on something that equally threatens both sides.

Unfortunately, even terrorist votes matter in India.

Nepal might be a wreck democratically speaking, but they are a stronghold of communists in the entire Indian Subcontinent.

Unless we carry out covert ops against Nepali Maoist combatants deep inside Nepali territory, we won't be able to dismantle their setup in India.
