Ya'll Nibbiars The Mleechas have now but the Pakis are far from that.Considering both the Chinese and pakis have also started extensively using NVG's, optics, and newer BPJ's, what are the avenues IA can take to ensure an edge for the infantry? Sig 716 is a step in the right direction. Any other options to provide an overmatch vis a vis infantry?
NVG's are still rare with pakis, but in the other aspects of individual gear they're not far behind. Though one major limitation is their G3 rifle. Either way the question is that can IA provide some overmatch with some emerging infantry gear either from the yanks or Israelis.Ya'll Nibbiars The Mleechas have now but the Pakis are far from that.
My guess is envg like the us army, haldi posted that envg hopefully if we get it before 2025 we will have a significant night advantage, for rifles we could make a toned down ngsw style sights for draugonovs and sig 716Considering both the Chinese and pakis have also started extensively using NVG's, optics, and newer BPJ's, what are the avenues IA can take to ensure an edge for the infantry? we could also spead r&d on graphene tech and make a graphene level 4 plate,we could also make graphene cheaper than boron carbide, will be beneficial to us civvies and the army jawansMy guess is envg like the us army, haldi posted that envg hopefully if we get it before 2025 we will have a significant night advantage, for rifles we could make a toned down ngsw style sights for draugonovs and sig 716
They've been approaching the Czech republic for a replacement, but the funny thing is they want the payments to be on a loan basis, and not pay up front. Begging from the Czechs now LOLspeaking of g3,pakis are planning to replace that with bw 20 afaik
It's a new gen rifle range
Also is that a combo sights seems to be those acogs with red dots up in the piccy rails of the sights
pretty nice stuff, thought they were placeable shieldsIt's a new gen rifle range
Those tech things are actually screens that give outputs about number of shots on target, flyers Grouping etc, without having to take a closer look
like this crpf loadoutAlso is that a combo sights seems to be those acogs with red dots up in the piccy rails of the sights
Not ACOGsAlso is that a combo sights seems to be those acogs with red dots up in the piccy rails of the sights
It itself is a G3 variant, nothing new or out of the box.speaking of g3,pakis are planning to replace that with bw 20 afaik

Another thing that needs to be made clear is the optics (Spectre RD Combo) don’t belong to us, they belong to the British Army and are from Exercise Ajeya Warrior. Not ACOGs
Elcan SpectorOS 4x with CQB sight on top
WTF, did they just use a foreign army's kit to show how "Future Ready" the Indian Army is?Another thing that needs to be made clear is the optics (Spectre RD Combo) don’t belong to us, they belong to the British Army and are from Exercise Ajeya Warrior.
I think they’re referring to the advanced shooting range.WTF, did they just use a foreign army's kit to show how "Future Ready" the Indian Army is?
