Karachi Cantt station blast kills 5

KARACHI: Five people were killed while several sustained injuries in a blast near Cantt station, Karachi, Express News reported on Saturday.

Police and rescue officials have reached the blast site.

Injured have been taken to a nearby hospital. Buildings close to the site are also damaged.

Express News reported that the blast occurred in a bus.

However, exact nature of the blast is yet to be ascertained.

Two buses caught fire after the blast.
