Well, what I heard is semi permanent couplers will prevent the coach khichdri you see, one coach duronto two humsafar, three satabdhi and some red lhb. Also push pull configuration will lead to faster average speed. Also since its fare is more than average train, better maintenence and cleanliness can be expected. About people boarding with waitlist tickets, not sure, now even rajdhani is having the issue. Also may receive priority among non-ac trains, humsafar never had priority.

Looks nice but i doubt jeets will have that civic sense to keep these coaches in good condition while travelling given their treatment to VB train.

Whats not mentioned is presence of passenger information system, both as display and loco pilot announcement similar to VB

I feel like this Amrit Bharat Trains with mixed AC/SL coaches will replacement for all the Mail/Express trains, while VB trainsets will be for Shatabdi and Rajdhani ( VB sleeper version)

Vande Bharat goes about as fast as most Amtrak trains here in the US. Hopefully they can get speeds up to 220+ kmph

Current Vande Bharat can only go upto 180 kmph max. Running speed is 160 kmph for safer operation.
220+ kmph trains. There needs to be new design. Since current one is based on LHB which also have the same limitation.

Mysore - Chennai Vande Bharat runs almost packed. Getting a ticket with a 2 day window of travel is quite difficult.

High time Railways does a thorough study of passenger traffic and introduces a VB every 3-4 hours.
