I have to ask tho.. even though the nag has the same weight as spike er and hj 10 it has less than half their range . Is it case of the fold out wings that this is the case for the other 2 .. otherwise Im not sure why the range is so less compared to the other 2 .
Heck Javelin has the same range at less than half the price .

Javelin weighs half as much as Nag with nearly half the range & is a third more expensive as compared to the Nag .

The limiting factor of the javlin was the seeker not the motor .. The newer version can hit 4 km same as the nag.

Improving the range of Nag to 8 kms is no big deal too . It's getting it to match Spike NLOS range which is going to be tough & doubly so in quick time without massive escalation in it's weight & price or put another way being competitive with Spike NLOS in both these parameters.

How tho ? Thats why Im wondering if wings would help with increasing the range . We know that the seeker is not a limitation since HELINA/ Dhruvastra can hit 8 KMs away.
Spike NLOS is a different weight category and SANT is anyway there as its equal.

No clue. Better motor & propellant perhaps. Wings are to give it stability . Doubt it has a role to play in increasing the range.

Hopefully something is in the works . The HJ 10 carrier is better than any version of the Namica with its higher range and higher number of ready to fire missiles.
