Really makes you think no, Islamabad is pretty close from LoC...

Mangla reservoir is in J&K while the dam is in Na-Pak-istan.... I don't have a PoK in my maps but only OUR J&K which we're going to get back sooner or later.... On the right side of the map you can see the LoC if you follow it from Nowshera and above till Point 1921

That and the other being the rivers are the reason why Na-Pak-istan is always dreaming about J&K.... I suggest that we carve up the J&K into Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu regions so we can concentrate more on the trouble spot that's South Kashmir
