Yes, and the efficacy of nukes exponentially decreases depending on the kind of structures present in the path of the shock waves and radiation.. eg.. thick concrete structures greatly reduce the effect.. there were people found alive beneath concrete structures a few hundred metres from the epicenter of Hiroshima blast... Nasr yield is much lesser than Hiroshima bomb yield..
