And send back all the money they swindled out of Pakistan?
Hell no.

Pakistani Army generals living their best retirement life should be allowed to do so.

To draw an analogy with wartime tactics, if you want to seize a particular piece of terrain and your main concern is the terrain (not the enemy), you leave routes of egress open for them and make sure they don't return or counter attack from the same routes. You don't corner an enemy looking for an escape. That's just asking for more bloodshed.

Pakistani jernails don't feel any commitment towards Pakistan and thus, they keep reaping the harvest of loans. It must stay that way.

May they reap all of it and drive the final nail into it's coffin.
Lol..if you think the US will let them have their money, then you do know how the US works. They will keep all their money and property and kick these guys out. Most of their money is made in the US by the way - initial investment may have come from stealing form PorkLand. India must make this a condition for continued engagement with the US on IndoPacific strategy. This is only one part. There are more ways to take the battle to the South Punjab terror heartland:
- a local militia to knock off the terror foot soldiers.
- Israeli style hi-tech assassinations of terror leaders.
- capture land in PoK every time there is a hit on a soft target in J&K.

If we don’t take the battle to places like Muridke and Bahawalpur and other South Punjab towns, Porki Army will continue to send these impoverished jaahils as there are millions of them for fodder. PorkLand population median age is one of the lowest in the world. And 60-70% in S. Punjab are uneducated, massively poor, jaahils with a life expectancy not more than 50 average. This endless supply of S. Punjab jaahils is frankly what Indian Army’s biggest challenge is. We have to put the fear of Ganesh Bhagwan in them somehow.

The ones claiming to fight for so-called “independence” are “freedom fighters” for some chewtiyas on the western borders and some within, their behaviour? Burning girls schools, killing Hindus in Kashmir, then targetting Shias in Kashmir, targetting women for doing “haraam” behaviour, killing women for not wearing burqa, killing girls for going to school and announcing that they’ll impose Nizam-e-Mustafa when they come to power. They’re more similar to Taliban in their behaviour than any “nationalist movement”. There’s a reason why a good number of Kashmiri muslims surrender because they know it’s stupidity nothing else. And the ones sympathising for these piglets in J&K are also the same kind of radicalists. True that “Azadi” is a song of terrorism.

Tip of the iceberg this is ⬆
This is disgusting. What can we do to change this mindset?

This is short sighted. Paki jernails should never feel like they have to remain committed to Pakistan.
When things get heated, we won't even have to strike their leadership.
They'll run away themselves and low ranking officers and soldiers will be running around like headless chickens.

Now, if you're really a firm believer that Paki jernails look much more beautiful during janaza, maybe do all that AFTER you take over Pakistan. Not before.

Men fight better when they're committed and best when they're cornered. Overwhelm their leadership with options which don't look as sexy as a coffin and they'll either buckle under pressure or suffer paralysis by analysis.

8 pigs hoorified in 48 hours
Fine, but have we gotten an Pakistani female artist(probably some might object) , preferably Punjabi killed in Lahore or Islamabad.
Make it two. Why retaliate only equally. Maybe the retaliation should be disproportionate.
The victim(s) should be very high profile artists whose killings should make the headlines in newspapers there. Embarrass the administration and security services.
Any targeted killing in India should be retaliated to in 24 to 48 hours. They should feel the pain almost immediately.

I guess this would be the way the Mossad responds.
When will R & AW achieve this kind of capability.

and they quote me funny citation....

“यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति भारत।
अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम्।।”

“परित्राणाय साधूनां विनाशाय च दुष्कृताम्।
धर्मसंस्थापनार्थाय सम्भवामि युगे युगे।।”

The one and only solution to terrorism in Kashmir is complete destruction of Pakistan. But I don't see it happening in any near future.

The recent ousting of Imran Khan and collusion of the Pakistani military complex with the USA shows it has been deliberately kept alive by foreign powers, maybe as an outpost to South East Asia, and to keep India under control.

So yeah, unless NATO wants Pakistan dead, it will keep pestering India.

People of Kashmir has been radicalised to bone. GoI is not doing anything to counter it. The first step should be de-radicalisation efforts (it's tough but attempts should be made)

Totally overhaul the Education system in the State, the teaching staff of school and colleges are the second most propagators of Radicalism to students and it's been this way since 1980's.

Counter the Moulvis who are preaching Radicalism inside Masjids on Friday prayers because they are the First most propagators of Radicalism to Kashmiris.

Promote and protect Kashmiri Muslims who are not into this radicalistion mess, yes they are few in numbers.

GoI is still not unable to cultivate Alternate Leadership, and that's it's ultimate failure. Muftis and Abdullas will again reign control once Statehood is granted and every thing will be back to past tense.

Kashmiri muslims who grabbed land and properties of KPs after the exodus are now in stress, they have the notion that GoI is trying to snatch back their I'll gotten properties and hand it back to KPs under new settlement plan. So if they are part in the recent killings of KPs and Migrant labourers than I'll be not surprised.

So, Goodluck to those people who thinks that Billions of Rupees as funds for Development of Kashmir will solve the problem.

Let me know in which country and in which century did muslims as a society de-radicalized?

What you are saying will never happen.
muslims only respect power, look at Myanmar. That is the only solution.

But we are a "secular" country,

We 'cannot' go the Israel and China way, so your Myanmar like solution is also not possible.

True kashmir seems like a big echo chamber where azadi is the buzzword ...demography needs to change and muslims need to become proper minority but that will take a long long time before that govt should try to control each and every madrasa, masjid and religious preacher
