Beijing doesn't have capability for breeder reactor nor thorium reactors and is alarmed by India's fissile material capability the fact that if we want we can probably assemble more Pu warheads than Pak +China combined by 2020 en-nerves Beijing.

Not just " a city" we probably have or should build at least a 50 such secret DUMBs(Deep Underground Military Bases) for production of Thermonuclear warheads. We should have a stockpile of 2000 to 3500 megaton yield miniaturized warheads. Those pork trash should know that they'll lose more than their country if they even think of using their tiny tactical nukes on India. We should have the ability to turn the entire middile east into a radioactive parking lot. Then they will no longer say Islam will survive a Indo Pak nuke war.
