A defeated Muslim nation cannot be occupied by non muslims, simple. Cleansing the country ethnically would definitely work but isolate India completely in the world and probably invite retaliation.

Best solution is a short war in which as much land as possible is grabbed and the local population displaced through hook or crook back into neighboring Pakistan. Balochistan can be broken up into an independent country and the rest of Pakistan's army can be disbanded making it a protectorate of India. Their military hardware is completely destroyed leaving just enough to deal with internal threats without being a threat to India. Borders need to be redrawn in Kashmir sector so that infiltration is as made very difficult because of the terrain. Local Kashmiri Muslim population is relocated into Pakistan as there is no place for a Muslim majority state in modern India.

We need to take consistent steps to make muzzies feel that it is no longer profitable to remain Muzzies. They remained as Muzzies because all previous government created a scenario in which they became a privileged class.
