In real world accidents happen, its surprising there were none so far. Expect more as they get used in real conditions. Part of the parcel, what is not acceptable is callous attitude towards putting inferior products with known defects ahead of time in a deceitful manner and diligently address any issues/bugs.

Lot of accidents happen during airshows and excercises of all kind both mechanical as well as human errors. I think its a solid product all across but teething issues will show up....all fighters see through these things in their life time of evolution.
