not really saar... I know the kind of riders you are referring to... in biker parlance, we refer to them as squids. But you'll be surprised to know.. with the advent of more and more motovloggers and riding groups, riding as a culture is growing in India... and so are the proper bikers. The...

Akula looks to be promising. I really liked the carbon fibre finish on the launch model. The styling kind of reminded me of Aprilia.

310GS isnt that capable. The Himalayan will beat it hands down for two thirds the price. Versys again, the versys 650 is available but its more of a tourer... built mostly for the road. KLR 650 is a whole different beast.

Badhiyan... atleast one of us is living his dream. The adventure bike scene seems to be pretty limited in India.. low to medium cost mein kuch hai hi nhin.. They used to sell the 650GS here earlier.. god knows why they stopped. Even Kawasaki has an entire lineup of bikes here, but doesnt sell...

:biggrin2::biggrin2: It's like the chhota beta of the Tiger. But still offers many of the capabilities.. in 1/10th the price. I've added a slip on free flow exhaust and other customizations to mine.

I dunno.. perhaps you're too used to the aggressive rider stance on sports bikes. I like the upright stance better. The bike itself runs pretty good.. The tyres feel great. I don't have to worry about the surface or loose gravel and such before lowering the bike into a ditch at speed. It's...

Yeah bro.. I'm more into offroad riding than fast riding. Trails are more of my thing. Waiting for the Benelli Leoncino and TRK 520 to come out. Will be a good upgrade.

Wash it. :) BTW.. Do you do a lot of track days? For normal commuting and touring, you don't need a full race suit. Riding jacket and jeans with knee protectors should do just fine. Or riding pants. I use RYNOX.

Duke 390 is one of the safest bikes in India. Especially the new model. With the 320mm front piston and ABS as standard. But yes.. it is definitely NOT a beginners bike. I tried it on the Expressway.. the thing reaches 80kmph on second gear. Novice riders don't give thought to that fact and...
