US offers solatia payments to Pak

In keeping with its practice in Afghanistan, the US is willing to offer solatia payments to the families of Pakistani soldiers killed in a cross-border NATO strike last month.

This is the worst possible thing the US can do. It will only further incite the Paki public at large and end up filling the coffers of PA.

The US should stop this pandering. They killed some terrorists and they should be "man" enough to just say it.

The issue to me is that Pakistan Army should take care of its own.
