The video in the link should be seen to be believed. This typhoon is going really crazy and ravaging those of the Pacific rim. Sadly, there is very little one can do against Mother Nature's fury. 216kms/ hour is indeed a very high speed and it will leave a great damage in its wake. RIP to all those who perished. I wish there were way to combat typhoons/ cyclone,s/ water spouts etc.
