Chinese entrepenuers that start hi-tech companies have to reeducate Chinese graduates with their own corporate universities because the rote education they get in China doesn't provide them the skills to do the job, much less the innovation to create anything. Besides, it is Chinese with Western degrees that design those rockets. Why do you think engineering is the second most popular degree for Chinese foreign students? They get the Western degree, get a position in a Western company and steal the designs back to China. They are the only ones that can figure out how to come up with fixes since Chinese degree holders can only recite the text book.
That's the ultimate Chinese dream for which they are ready to trample over each other..... in the queues outside Western countries Embassies/Consulates :thumb:
