That is why India parted with an area bordering Iran.
Some one in India knew perfectly well that Sunni Pakistan will not be at peace with Shia Iran. After all they used to kill each other in Avadha and other parts regularly.
So they might have decided to keep Iran at bay from new India.
Imagine Afghanistan and Iran as India's neighbour. That would have increased Indian defense budget many fold and brought immense sufferings on India.

Pakistan was created by the British Empire as a flank protection for their Persian oil wealth as also as a block against Russian bear expansion. Now Pakistan will be used as a base to mount land attacks on Iran.

Jf 17 are being sent to china for overhaul.
So much for joint development. India overhauls su30 locally. Just goes to show what a pony show this co-developement is. How do they manufacture a plane if they can't even overhaul it at regular intervals.

It's still a buyer - client relationship between Pakistan and China.

two of the first batch JF-17 came back to ChangFei Co. of AVIC group for the Overhaul ...with these planes being practised , the overhaul operation process and Technical specification of FC-1/JF-17 are finalized. then another two will be overhauled in PAC

News is on point . A manufacturing plant can also overhaul a jet. It simply means Pakistan is merely assembling the plane and there is no development or manufacturing on part of Pakistan. It was always known but now Chinese themselves have outed it and humiliated Pakistan . Well done .

MKI is still a Russian bird we never claimed joint development .

and you'd better have a study about PAC current manufacturing status as well ,which is not very hard to find loads of info. since it's your so called 'enemy', it deserves your effort to know better about it rather than bullshiting...

the BVR ability is part of FC-1/JF-17 project's 'Weapon II' certification which is obtained in Dec 2012, then came the Block 2 standard JF-17 manufacture..and the first block-1 jet which was upgraded to Block2 standard in PAC is the PAF #109- the first PAC assembled SP.

the certification tests were held a air force firing range in the south-west China. the two planes- PT-06 prototype and then PAF's 115 stayed in CAC were often spotted as weapon testbed those days...

That is a shitty third rate video of God knows what? Bvr firing is a regular thing I'm sure there will be high definition picture and videos if they had capabilities. We have better pics/ videos on internet of bramhos air launch which should be rare event compared to bvr firing.

As for assembly. I know a a lot about global aircraft assembly. And I know pakis can't build shit they can't even manufacture a car for that matter but what do you know. You live in denial.

The only thing new shown this time in Pakistan arsenal was Mil Mi35M Hind.

The weapon stations indicate that PA Hinds are equipped with complete Russian weapon package including ATGMs, Rocket pods and A2A missiles.

Yup, we need Pakistan as a buffer state but in its present form, it's too big. We could take half of Pakistan (divided vertically along the river) and leave the rest as buffer.

The river will act as a natural barrier.

The birth of Pakistan was a colonial imposition on us. We must not accept it as it is. We should remodel it to suit our current needs. Force Pakis on the east side of the river to migrate to the other side and then draw a new border.

Even on the Bangladesh side, there is a need to acquire parts of Bangladesh to widen our Chicken's neck.
