Good analysis. Many people have it in their psyche to misinterpret tolerance and forgiveness as a sign of weakness. Just as they say, beware the rage of the patient man.

However, the Chinese seem to learn, and after the drubbing they got in the Sikkim skirmish, they seemed to have sobered down a bit. Some never learn, like the Pakistanis and they will keep needling till they are totally obliterated.
