Hindu pilgrimage centers

All the Hindu pilgrimage centers (tirtha stan) are situated within Hindustan proper.Can Kailash and Mansarovar be situated outside Hindustan? We have never harped on this point.

hi marshal,I can understand your feelings but the thing is we are not living in 17th or 18th century.We have international borders now and also some laws.
