Not first time, I'm watching his statue being pulled down second or third time in Africa.
And its obvious just because we are taught with propaganda about him, doesn't mean that rest world will comply with our ignorance.
Well, he was a Congress leader after all. And no one called him father of nation ever but Congress started teaching him as father since 60s.
    Read the quoted stuff:
And these incidents just confirm so called conspiracies by BJP against past Congress leaders and force us to examine our history again.

Gandhi has been one of the most successful exports since Independence. Plus he offers a convenient shield to hide behind. "We are the land of Gandhi, no way we are going to invade Pakistan and fuck them up, so relax".

    This is not good.

We need to pull down his statues here too.

There isn't a more cancerous person in Indian history. Hagiography of him has literally turned generations into fattus

Perhaps an acknowledgment that it was not (only) Gandhi from Bharat.

it would be too much to ask for a statue of RN Kao (& others) - perhaps in ghana corridors of importance.

Need to Understand Gandhi is associated with India ,they are indirectly calling us racists, rather than indulging in brownie points need to understand that this MEA policy on Africa of competing with china is causing us loss billion of dollars and that these ungrateful negroes in Ghana are insulting us, MEA provides more than $200 million of its technical cooperation budget to negroes which has resulted more than a lakh of them coming here ,most of them indulging in drug peddling and crime, sometime it baffles me that rather than showering hard cash on ungrateful mlecchas be it in Afghanistan or Africa with no guarantee on returns if we had put use our hard earned money in naxal affected area which don't even have basic infrastructure like roads ,electricity ,school or health or in north east infra development rather than giving to these negroes whose govt first accepted gandhi statue that from our president who was on state visit and after 2 years insulted it by removing it and international media latched on it especially on gandhi 150 birth year ,all PR of MEA babu waste,MEA has an aid budget of $1.2 billion annually same a ISRO,i don't what these babu have achieved

This incident has less to do with Gandhi and more to do with giving India the finger (at the instigation of China, most likely).

Pull down all of them. Just makes it easier and more legitimate for India to ride the PC wave and disown Gandhi as well. We should've disowned him long ago, now we just got a perfectly good reason to. Leftists get triggered by the word "racism" super hard, so let's go along with that to achieve our own ends.

Entire generations of 20th century India have been lost to toxic "Gandhism".
