Over 588 Air Warriors who successfully completed training at the Air Force Station in Tambaram were inducted formally into the Indian Air Force (IAF) in a grand passing out parade recentlty.
The inductees who had assembled at the Air Force station performed breathtaking parade routines and impressed those who were present. Later, chief guest of the parade, Air Vice-Marshal D K Pande officially inducted them into the force.
In his address to the new recruits, Pande urged them to make continuous efforts to improve themselves. He said, "You must forever strive and make sustained efforts towards continuous enhancement of your knowledge and keep abreast of the changes." He congratulated the recruits on their passing out and appreciated them for their breathtaking parade presentation.
