BAe Casspir. The Mahindra MPVI looks very similar to it. The Mahindras have tied up with BAe, and have made the Mahindra MPVI using the Ural-4320 chassis as the donor vehicle. The body shell is made using technology from BAe, using special mine resistant steel, that is imported form Sweden. With a $350,000 list price for the basic variant this vehicle is intended for the Indian army's MRAP competition. The engine is a Yamaz-236NE2 and the transmission is also Russian, with a Yamaz-236U gear box. It weighs 14.32 tons and sits 18 soldiers.

The company is called Defense Land Systems India Limited (DLS) a joint venture company from Mahindra and BAE.

We can expect more to come out of this company in the future.

The Mahindra MPVI looks very similar to it.
It's basically a Casspir Mk.6.
