How exactly does one distinguish slums in the picture you've posted. Resident of Mumbai here & there's absolutely no slum cluster the size of Dharavi in either the North or the East or even the West & South in Mumbai though there are slum clusters in all those regions of Mumbai too.
Dharavi is the largest slum cluster in Mumbai. No 2 opinions there. No clue if it's the largest in India or Asia or the world.

By no metric is this Asia's biggest. It is not even close to being even India's biggest. Even when all phases are completely built out (with a very generous 2040++ timeline), this will still be smaller than other proposed airport terminals like Guangzhou and Istanbul after expansions
