Dear @Armand2REP let's assume the best case scenario. Let's assume that S-400 with 9M96E2 Missiles and 3 pantsirs were guarding Homs location. Yet, it took 16 missiles (7 of'em might be Scalp EG) to destroy the target. Now from South Front we know that 13 of those missiles were destroyed...

Add couple of Pantsirs and threshold changes. Add S-400 targeting system and 9M96E2 Missile and threshold increases exponentially. No standard threshold in IADS.

According to South Front, 16 missiles were fired at Homs, 13 of'em we're intercepted.

71 out of 103 missiles were intercepted. At Barzah & Jarmaani districts 30 missiles were fired and only 7 we're intercepted. If Barzah and Jarmaani had something similar to Pantsir point defense, then the number of hit would be embarrassingly low. This does prove that S-400 is not a paper tiger.
