Can't think of any French directors and producers prefer making historical movies far in the past. "Special Forces" and " Sky Fighters " with Magimel and Cornillac are two exceptions . There is also " The search " ( Hazanavicius ' movie), 2014, but it is about Chechenya.

He flew in the Mirage 2000 C version from 1993-1997 .

55 Mirage D dedicated to ground attack will be upgraded and will serve til 2030. Also AdlA wants to keep some thirty Mirage 2000-5 ( interceptor role) flying as long as possible, 2025 at least. It is not as modern as the Mirage 2000-9 Emirates fly but still a nice fighter .

The team was disbanded in 2017, i think. But it's pilots head some skills & the aircraft is capable of crazy ITR manoeuvres at high speed, might even better than flankers!!!

I wish we could do something like this with our Tejas. 2 more WVR/BVR on the belly. It would have made Tejas even more deadly.

It has 5 micas not 4.

I wish we could do something like this with our Tejas. 2 more WVR/BVR on the belly. It would have made Tejas even more deadly.

Look at that configuration. Lca mk1 can already copy it.
It can already carry 2 ccm + 2 spice + 2 bvr + centre line drop tanks with ldp.
It's one missile less then mirage which has 5 mica there. But lca mk1a will carry Astra and derbyER which have far more range than mica.

It's more than enough for endurance of lca.
