Hi to all the members IDF, my name is Luigi (nickname Grifo)

I'm new to the forum and will attend in the discussion on the case Enrica Lexie - Italian Marines who are accused of killing two fishermen in front of the coast of Kerala.
I am a Court Expert with many years of experience on complicated cases of aeronautical accidents, and therefore will assume the role of Court Expert of the defense, to represent the reason of innocence.
In any process there have prosecution and defense, and the discussion will help to understand the reasons each one.
