When the enemy have a thermal on you and he has some skill.you are dead.but if he knocks one guy out others can run and save themselves

I'm not sure if it's from the 2015 incident but the cameraman is speaking Manipuri. He says his name is Sanjenbam (can't hear properly) Shanta.
