FYI - INS Vikramaditya was refit and Barak 1 was added to it in 2 months time frame. Also Barak 8 too can be added quite easily and a lot cheaper that billion $ u are suggesting..During next refit, u will know that even Barak 8 has been integrated.

That's the plan.. in current refit Barak 1 was fitted in. we are moving away from barak 1 and in future when Vikramaditya will be ready for refit, we can either add barak 8/LRSAM or a replacement for Barak 1 for which tendor will be floated soon.

Mig-29K and Mig29KUB are the planes navy will use. Mig-29KUB is trainer/twin seater plane with rest same config. editor is bit wrong. KH-35 is not air to air but a subsonic air to ground anti ship missile...one of the most advanced in its class.
