I don’t think Hal can produce 10 lca in year 21-22... after that they will need another 1.5 to 2 years to produce 16 twin seater... so they have atleast 3.5 years before mk1a starts delivery... hope they don’t screw this up...

Is gun firing cleared??? It has been more then a year from FOC... But still no gun firing...

IOC2 was achieved in 2013 and FOC was supposed to be done by 2015... But thanks to DRDO ADA or HAL FOC was done in 2019 that too with concession... Who is to blame for...had the certification been done as scheduled we would have been a league ahead

Yes, sp1 flew in 2015 and we have just 17 jets by now... It took 5 years to produce 17 jets... What an achievement by HAL... And it will take atleast 4 years for the remaining 23 jets of mk1... An that too if they Don't delay it... Country is in lockdown from past 3 weeks... What were they doing...

Guys... Let's get done with the cheering of sp21 first flight... HAL said they will produce 4 sp by March but stuck only at one... They again failed to deliver... It will take them 4+ year to deliver remaining 23 jets... And if i remember correctly sp1 took off in 2015.. So 9 years to deliver...

SP21 is being round the corner from November... Still nothing... Some members were saying that a pack of 3-4 jets will be delivered to form the squadron but I don't think sp22 is even out of production line...

It's been a long time when last aircraft was delivered... Was production stopped after IOC aircraft were delivered?

Don't know about pace but yes 17-20 and 37-40 are trainers... Which will be delivered after sp36 is completed Also I heard that HAL is increasing its production to 16 this year
