I don't know anything like CE 20. It is CE25. 25 denotes 25 tons fuel and not 25 kn thrust so far as I know. S200 means solid fuel motor with 200 ton propzlant. So far as I know, CE 27 will replace CE25 with better specific impulse. L 110 will be replaced with Semi cryogenic engine. This will allow GSLV MK III to lift more weight by 50% to 60%.

Can you please post that reference here? ISRO has a plan to increase current GSLV 3's weiggt lifting to 6.5 tons.

I am unable to find that link but I remember one ISRO scientist saying that they are planning to double the payload capacity of ISRO vehicles. Once the semi cryogenic comes in and Cryogenic are improved, Payload will do up.

ISRO had a ban on many technologies acquisition. That is why ISRO developed by building their own. In case of DRDO, many lobbies were trying very hard to sabotage Indigenous effort. Import lobby in alliance with corrupt politicians harmed Indigenous efforts.

They have gain cost advantage from reusable rocket stages. ISRO too is working on the same.

This is generally true with low tech items but countries with Lower labor cost and skills in Space technology should emerge by that time. I foresee few countries with lower labor cost but I do not foresee those countries emerging as space power who can provide space services at a lower cost...
