I would improve the infrastructure near Tibet drastically. If we want a defensive posture, we should meet the conflict where the opponent will have to make an effort to maneuvre. They will find it difficult to be still. If they lose a number of soldiers, and continue to do so, they will not reinforce, but turn back.

That is a great news to China. As long as india keep throwing money into military section, it will lack the neccessary investment for its economy.
Hahaha! What a joke you are! You fancy yourself to be cleverer than anyone in India, don't you?
Listen, instead of worrying about India, why don't you put all your Chinese heads together and start thinking on how you can bring democracy into your society. It is laughable how your Nobel Peace Laureate is a jailed man. Speaks scores about your human rights and freedom, doesn't it?
You opressed people, better not speak about others' shortcomings, when you yourselves have not been able to overcome your basic shortcoming of being free.

A major part of the doctrine would be to equip unemotional and bright Tibetans such that they are able to sabotage Chinese ground infrastructure. No point targeting those who are keen on self immolation and protest as they will attract attention. But this is going to be very difficult I guess. Not sure if any such work has already been done.

We do not waste our money in investing for our economy, instead the WEST invests for us and it is known to everyone that INDIA is the most reliable place for investing as we have highly qualified people in INDIA.

Mind your own business buddy and spend to save your economy. We have much more to spend in military to counter any foolish move as well as spending on other areas.

Not really war, war, war.

Be Prepared three times is what we say!

Surely one is not blind at the way the Chinese is exerting to extend its hegemony around Asia and Pacific.

We are not Jesus to extend the other cheek, or are we?

Even a Man of Peace, the Dalai Lama, who is venerated all over the world, is at his wits end!

India is spending far less than china but just enough to be effective.
On percentage of GDP, india is spending at least as much as China.

You have no clue about how much money is hidden in India. I just posted how at one go Indian govt will have $20billion by just auctioning 2G after supreme court order yesterday.
Firstly, no matter how much money is hidden in india, it is still india's money. Now these money are used to buy military equipment abroad instead of economic circle.

Just day before income tax department found $20 million cash in a cellar of a trader. That was only part of the stash. Illegal money abroad is about $1 trillion. Indian story is still unravelling. You can say what you want and keep your arrogance with you. Whatever you do, do no attempt a 62 again. You will live your worst nightmare as you Han pride will be severely dented.
Illegal money? They won't come to ease your gov budget.

It has nothing to do with my arrogance, it has everything to do with your arrogance. We don't do anything, we already got what we want in 1962. Why do we need to do it again? In contrast, you are the one want to avenge it. Please, don't just talk, do it.

We are exerting extend our hegemony (if such thing exists) by waving our cheque book. So prepare more weapons can not stop us.

You would have a valid point, if GDP of India and PRC were more or less equal. Otherwise, it is drivel.

Ok, so what is your point?

We already avenged 1962 in:
- 1967 - kicked PLAs ass in Sikkim.
- 1971 - clobbered your Paki friend to pulp right under PLAs nose.
- 1987 - made PLA crap in its pants in Sumdourong chu.

We did it. Period.

Cheque book!

Waving in South China Sea and everything of yours got wet!

Waving it against India, and the cheque bounced as India took up its defence preparedness more seriously!
