This is latest move by USA to counter North Korea and other rogue states with nuclear arsenal who keep making verbal threats to peaceful nations in the neighborhood. I think they are getting ready for 2019 showdown in the region. China which has helped two of the nuclear states to arm themselves to the teeth will regret in the long run.
What and how will China respond when one of them decides to stand up against their masters? I hope Chinese leadership has contingency plan in place.
