well, Russia ,the former superpower which had gloabal second biggest industry base, now is rapidly being
deindustrialized.

such a deindustrializaiton can be found easily by the sino-Russia trade .

Russia's import from CHina:" 23% are mechanics,21.4% are electronics"
Russia's export to China: "oil and other raw resource are 46.8%,wood 12.1%"

Russia now has become the raw resource supplier and industry-product market of CHina .
Sino-Russia trade structure is more and more like trade between europe and its clonies before WW II.

or in another word, Russia is becoming a client-economy of CHina day by day.

俄罗斯向中国进口产品中，占份额比例最大的产品是核反应堆、锅炉、机械器具及零件，占进口总额的23%，电机、电器、音响设备及其零件，占总额的21.4%，其他种类均低于10%。而从俄罗斯向中国出口产品看，占份额最大的是矿物燃料、矿物油及其产品、沥青（显然指的是石油、天然气）46.8%，木及木制品、木炭12.3%，其他均低于10%。飞机什么的，即使在09年出口总额下降了20.6%，而产品却上升了605%的情况下，也仅占到出口额的2.2%，在09年以前，显然占的比例在0.4%以下，在整个贸易结构中微不足道。

last year, Russia imported 300,000 truck engines from CHina.. China produced almost 10 times more autos than Russia last year.


Once, Soviet was the 5 biggest auto producer in the world.

In 1977,Soviet produced 2 M autos . In early 1980s.Soviet produced 2.3 m autos,60% of which were cars. At that time, CHina could produce less 0.2M autos,90% of which were trucks.......
