Third rescheduling, 1 successful test and 11 failures. They should scrap it already and stick with Sineva. Maybe the next round of failures will make them see the light. They already have two SSBNs cruising around with no missiles in sight, soon to be four.

They do, and they should start on it now before they finish the last two and have to wait another 5 years of refit to fix it.
