And you forget Indian Naval capability and Pakistani naval limit. How will Pakistani Navy will send its ship near Indian cities to target them with Hatf? You will have to create a sub version for that but India is also matured in sub warfare so not guarantee about mission success.

i didnt get this part, due they mean that it has sensor which take note of radar bean and accordingly sear the missile out of radar coverage ??? if this is what it can do then having AWAC in area would effectively counter that, Pakistan dont have very large border with us, 400 Km on either side would take care of this missile.

Saya. It for a reason that IAF and IA is installing low level air transportable radars at frantic face and buying SpyDer SAMs as well. This Babur is certainly not Radar evasive so no worries.
