Recommendations:-

GPS Aided trajectory recommendation app for android phone/tablet to guide non networked artillery (mortars, field guns).
Must include:-
- Live weather update and wind correction.
- Corrections corresponding to launch altitude.
The data sets should be available with OFB, ARDE, BDL and other DPSUs/Labs.

GPS aided application to let a commander track exact position of his team (also carrying GPS enabled android phones) overlaid on a multilayer map.
Must include:
- Patrol path mapper.
- Patrol tracker with patrol history overlays to help troops avoid taking predictable routes.
- Path recommendation based on terrain (gradient, vegetation, avalanche risk etc)
- Marking 'Hotspots'

Also recommended:- Pay and tax calculator considering millions of allowances that army has and soldiers do not usually have access to circulars or accountants.
