Could ISIL Attempt an IC814-like Prisoner Swap with Modi?

    The ingredients are here. ISIL has dozens of Indian citizens, and is moving them around. Could ISI, through ISIL, attempt an IC814-styled prisoner-exchange, in which they release those hostages in exchange for dreaded terrorists in Indian custody?

    What are the odds?

    are they inspired of Caliphates.. that they will never get it
