As for compatability; well it has been a part of Indian culture in the past, so I don't think it would be far more negative to apply the same law in India.

Oh sorry. By compatibility i meant that of the law not of MJ. I meant that the fact that pot is legalized (for general use) only in NL shows that it is not even applicable in countries like the US or UK let alone India.
