You're paranoid if you think NK wants its people to starve. You're flat-out insane if you think China wants NK's people to starve. What benefit does China get from NK civilians suffering and starving?

China's benefit comes from NK remaining stable. Any starvation that happens in NK is not China's primary intention nor even a result of Chinese actions.

This insane behavior of North Korea [I was sympathetic to their cause earlier not now] can easily be curbed if China comes down heavily on North Korea, NK will not survive a month without China's support"¦ China's silence and intention not to take NK to task will be considered as a tacit indirect support to NK's mischief"¦

Why is NK going on with the Nuclear test and provocation??? USA has postponed the missile test why cannot NK do the same"¦ I just heard the NK as a provocative action wants to test a missile any day now does it not a provocative action?

China doesn't provide any pledge of protection despite the MDT, unlike what the US commits to SK and JP.

N. Korea attempts to get US to the nego. table alone directly, while leaving China aside by wielding all that as bargaining chips.

How much influence does China have over NK? NK is very much addicted to their "self dependence" (Juche) and proud of this distinction from SK. Historically Korea has been threading its way through China, Japan and Russia.
