Can't see avatars of anyone including mine and smilies on the right panel of edit not appearing as well...

Can anyone check and tell?

Only 25% Emoticons are working for me others are not ( ) <- putting a "confused" emoticon in into the brackets within two ":".

Emoticons are also hot-linked from another place, and looks like the source is not hosting them anymore for some.
@LurkerBaba, if you open an image in new tab, you will see the original source has become restless. This is for only those that are not visible.
