Well, many our foreign bases are in difficult circumstances. But technically, if Turkish air-space is blocked for them and NATO blocks Mediterranean as well, they would have to ask Iran and Iraq to allow them to continue bombing in Syria. Given Iran just clinched a nuclear deal with US and others, it would be difficult for them to be overtly pro-Russia.
In any case, that would happen if everything snowballs into big confrontation between Russia and NATO. I expect in this case, Russia would just take it lying low and find ways to extract revenge on Turkey.
Bases in Armenia are supplied through Iran, Georgian and Azerbaijani routes are blocked. Constant threat of Armenia-Azerbaijan war restart.
Transdniester base is in a half-blockade from Moldova and a complete blockade from Ukraine.
Crimean base is suffering because of the Ukrainian energy and transport blockade.
Belorussian leader has a warm-up period with the EU and is now confronting deploying Russian fighter jets on his territory.
Kaliningrad exclave is surrounded with hostile states, that are also NATO members.
Central Asia bases are in the middle of some upcoming serious sh*t.
No doubt, we have serious challenges ahead. Bad times are coming.
